RayMedi Trac is a free product *. It comes with all the basic features necessary for managing the accounts. It is a complete accounting package.
Note* - Nominal service charges apply for Installation, Training, ASA, Preprint, Voucher print design etc. Priced editions of RayMedi Trac is also available. |

| All kind of traders like Distributors, Retail Sellers, Consultants etc, can use the RayMedi Trac free edition. |

| 4. How do I get my Trac free Edition? |
You can get your copy of Trac Free Edition in several ways.
1. You can register in our website and download the Trac.
2. You can call any one of your channel partners.
3. You can contact your nearest hardware reseller
4. You can contact GoFrugal sales executive in your area.
You can inform your Hardware vendor or the software vendor. We will talk to them and make them as our service partner. Once they
become RayMedi Service partner they will be able to offer all our services. Otherwise we will ask our local service partner to service
you.
The procedure involved in getting the Trac free edition from the website is provided below:
- Visit the website and do the registration. Provide the information as requested.
- You will be provided a Customer ID and an order number
- Download the product and install.
- You will get a product key during the installation process
- Use your Customer ID, Order no and the product key to get the activation key
- Use the activation key to get the fully functional RayMedi Trac.

| 5. How do I proceed and do the installation? |
- You yourself can do the installation and use the training material shipped with the product.
- You can request your HW vendor or the GoFrugal executive to do the installation.

For training you can use the audio-visual training material provided along with the product. If you need additional training, it can be taken-up either by our service partner or our field support staff. (Note – Nominal Service charges apply).

| 7. What will be the service charges? |
RayMedi Trac is being made available free of cost. Please note that the product LICENSE is FREE along with audio visual training material. The associated services have nominal charges applicable. The services that are chargeable include installation, training and annual support. The service charges that are applicable are provided in detail in the following table:
Please note that it is not mandatory to use any of the below mentioned services. The service charges apply, only when the Customer wants to avail any service from GoFrugal or its partners
