Once a customer signs up with GoFrugal Technologies Pvt Ltd., he/she will have a Product consultant and a 24x7 Support Executive who are jointly responsible and take ownership for complete training delivery.

Purpose : Deliver timely, professionally managed, consistent, predictable, assured training inline with customer business objectives and needs. Also Engage with customers in every step to modulate training delivery based on their feedback.
 
 

Assessment, Installation & Activation : Product consultant and 24x7 executive will assess the customer's hardware requirements. Once hardware requirements are in place, Installation & activation will be done. If customer wants to get training from a personalized trainer who will understand their business, implement software for maximum benefit they have to purchase Solution Delivery Service. details available at Solution Deliveryand see the charges in Training Price List

Training sessions : When the activation process completed next comes the training sessions. All three training sessions will be given by product consultant. During every training session 24x7 training owner will be in touch with customers to share video tutorial link and all needed materials for the concerned training session. Before preparing for next session, the field and 24x7 executive will review the session before / after every session to make sure customer gets benefit from the features explained.

Training feedback & Value additions from GoFrugal Solutions : After all 3 training sessions are completed, there will be a feedback form. Customers can share their feedback about training given, 24x7 support and also about field person knowledge and response. GoFrugal Assure - Training team will take feedback positively, have plan of action and will definitely improve in future. 24x7 and field executive will explain GoFrugal Add-On products* features to customers about how that will help to manage their business in a more smarter way.

Transition to Support & Maintenance** : As per training sessions once all three training sessions gets completed there is a transition to GoFrugal 24x7 Response center from GoFrugal Assure - Training team. Customers can Call to +91 435 302 7900, Mail to techsupport Chat from software and website, Send SMS to +91 90940 39669 to get support and maintenance for GoFrugal Products.

Customer need to pay ASA to contact GoFrugal 24x7 response center. GoFrugal provides Standard & Premium ASA. Customers can select ASA plan based on their support need Click herefor Support Entitlement

GoFrugal Assure - Training team will deliver the best to its customers. But getting best out of training delivery lies with customers. We request customers to communicate their lean business time and exact business needs with field support training owner and 24x7 training owner to get best out of Training delivery.

Terms and Conditions :

  • Even after the three training sessions if the customer needs additional training, he/she has to buy the Additional training package. To get charge details Training Price List. GoFrugal Assure - Training team will review the training sessions and decide for additional training package requirement
  • Training sessions and time durations are as per GoFrugal Policy. Those will be decided / changed by GoFrugal Assure - Training team without notice
