Born Babies, Little Kids is an exporter turned retailer of kids wear with 5 retail outlets and 3 warehouses spread across all the southern states. They are expanding rapidly with plans to have Pan-India presence and also establish outlets overseas. GoFrugal helped them improve the operational efficiencies of centrally managing these retail outlets with RayMedi business management solution. This improved the confidence levels and the ability of the customer to expand the number of outlets easily.
The Customer
Born Babies, Little Kids is an exporter turned retailer of kids wear with 5 retail outlets and 3 warehouses spread across all the southern states. They are expanding rapidly with plans to have Pan-India presence and also establish outlets overseas. Currently, all their outlets are 100% owned by the promoters of the retail chain. Most of their inventory needs are taken care of by their captive manufacturing unit, which was earlier exporting kids wear to named accounts in the North American and European markets
