The customer has 23 outlets and has plans to grow this to 100 outlets in two year’s time. The operational complexities were manifold, where the merchandize mix included perishables and imported products, complex replenishment workflow and daily variations in price. Namdhari’s fresh is a producer of safe, hygienic, and fresh, vegetables and fruits by using eco-friendly bio agents and following integrated pest management practices. The customer has 23 outlets and has plans to grow this to 100 outlets in two year’s time. Namdhari’s Fresh is the first Indian company to be EUREP-GAP certified. Currently more than 40 different fruits and vegetables are being cultivated by Namdhari’s Fresh at various production centres across the country for domestic retail and exports.
