Direct dial-up
|
From the retail shop, HQ client dial-ups and transfers the database at specified intervals to the HQ.

RayMedi RE & HQ client installed m/c should be configured to dial-up the HQ
|
HQ server to be configured to receive the database through telephone line.
|
Internet dial-up
|
- Retail shops, through their Internet dial-up account uploads the DB file to the HQ server (if hosted) or any FTP location.
- HQ, through their Internet dial-up account downloads the DB file.
|
- If the HQ server is hosted, access to the same.
- If the HQ server is not hosted, access to the FTP location to upload the DB file
|
- If the HQ server is hosted, access to the same.
- If the HQ server is not hosted, access to the FTP location to download the DB file
|
Broadband Internet
|
- Retail shops, through their broadband Internet account uploads the DB file to the HQ server (if hosted) or any FTP location.
- HQ, through their broadband Internet account downloads the DB file.

- If the HQ server is hosted, access to the same.
- If the HQ server is not hosted, access to the FTP location to upload the DB file
- Internet Broadband A/c with static IP address
|
- If the HQ server is hosted, access to the same.
- If the HQ server is not hosted, access to the FTP location to download the DB file
- Internet Broadband A/c with static IP address

E-mail transfer
|
- Retail shops, send the DB file as an attachment to any specified Email address (of the HQ)
- HQ receives the e-mail and downloads the attachment from its e-mail a/c
|
Access to any email a/c

|
Physical CD Transfer
|
- At end-of-the day or any specified intervals, DB is transferred to a CD and physically delivered to the HQ.
- HQ copies the contents in its server
|
RayMedi RE and HQ client installed m/c should have CD-RW drive.
|
HQ installed m/c should have CD-RW drive.
