Dear RayMedi RPOS 7 User, Please follow the steps to restore the database Pre-requisites: 1. WinRar utility installed. Use WinRar to extract the downloaded file 2. Install RayMedi RPOS 7 RC-62 Steps: 1. Execute the file CrashRestoreRPOS7.exe (available in the downloaded file) 2. Type the password as "RPOS7GFT" (in caps) 3. Choose the Crash Restore option 4. Click on "Select RPOS7 Backup" and select the file name which doens't contain "Aud or Trac" (available in the downloaded file).Wait until the file gets restored and you get a message for successful restoration 5. Click Upgrade and wait till the database is restored and the restored database version will be displayed 6. Click on "Select AudDB Backup" and select the file name contains "Aud" (available in the downloaded file). Wait until the file gets restored and you get a message for successful restoration 7. Click on "Select TracDB Backup" and select the file name contains "Trac" (available in the downloaded file). Wait until the file gets restored and you get a message for successful restoration 8. Extract the TracServicePack5000RC3.rar from the downloaded path and Run TracServicepack.exe 9. Select the Product Rpos7 and press Apply 10. Wait until the Message Displays Service pack Applied 11.
