GoFrugal Technologies acquires Medi+Track
GoFrugal Technolgies, the emerging leader in the retail trade and inventory management software market, today announced the acquistion of Medi+Track product line from Sri Balaji Infotech. At an all-cash deal, GoFrugal Technologies has acquired the Medi+track product, its 300 strong Customer base along with the entire team of Medi+track. GoFrugal Technologies's product RayMedi 4 is already a market leader in the retail pharmacy segment.
Medi+track is a software designed for Pharma wholesalers and has a Customer base of 300+ all over TamilNadu. "The product is a time-tested one, serving our Customers well. We see lot of synergies between RayMedi and Medi+track. We can start giving our Customers a much superior end-to-end solutions said, Mr. Uikattan Kumar, Propreitor of Sri Balaji Infotech." Being part of GoFrugal Technologies will enable the product to reach a much larger geographical area and also we can take advantage of the engineering strength of the company", he added. Mr. Uikattan Kumar has joined GoFrugal Technologies as a Product Manager for RayMedi 4 Distributor Edition
The product is being re-branded as RayMedi Distributor Edition and will hit the market immediately. "In the last six to eight months we captured a lot of market share and mind share with our RayMedi 4 Retail Edition product" said Kumar Vembu, Managing Director of GoFrugal Technologies. "With our rapid response to Customer needs we have really raised the bar in this segment" he added
With the acquisition of Medi+track GoFrugal Technologies now has products to adrress both the Retail and Wholesale segment in the pharma field. The company says it has plans to come out with more products in the coming months
