| RayMedi RPOS 7 can be configured in the way you want to run your business. While it comes with a set of default options, it can be configured and customized suiting your requirements. Say, if you don't have the practice of selling at credit, you can disable the Credit option in the billing screen, so that the option itself is not available. You can have your own customized print set-up, you can set-up the fields you want in the bill and include your own message to be displayed there. | Offline Billing - A typical supermarket will be having multiple POS terminals connected to a server. Chances are that sometimes the network may be down or the server may be down. During those times billing might be affected in the POS terminals. With RayMedi RPOS 7, you don't have to worry about this scenario - the POS terminal can continue billing even if the network or server is down. When the network or server is restored the data automatically synchronizes with the central server. |

| Keyboard Options - Users can customize the Key board settings suiting their requirements. Say, by default "F12" is sued for saving, if the user wants to change it to "F1" that can be done. Like this the entire operations can be changed based on the user preferences. |
