New Enhancements in ServQuick POS

  • A new configuration has been provided to track the order from the kitchen.
  • Once the order gets punched, status of the order gets saved as “Pending”, and the user can change the status of the order to “Delivered” in receipt screen, if the order is delivered from the kitchen.
  • New columns added to track the time in ‘Order summary’à ²eport with each order punched & Order delivered time, It helps to analyze how fast the Orders are Delivered from the Kitchen once the order get punched.
  • In the receipt screen,à ‰nvoice number search option is modified to the Location wise search.
