1. How do I register for connected banking in the software?

  1. Navigate to Connected Banking option in the Banking module.
  2. Click on Add details to map new User Id.
  3. Enter your Corporate Id user credentials, enable privileges and click on Register.
  4. Approve your registration in the Corporate Internet Banking page.

2. Can I perform all modes of payment?

Yes, from GOFRUGAL ERP you can initiate NEFT, RTGS, IMPS and Self payment to the respective party. The time frame for the Bank to perform a successful payment will be the same for all modes of payment.

3. Do I have to login and approve in ICICI web portal to initiate payment ?

Defenitely Not! It's an option which you can enable and disable with respect to your comfort and control over payments.

4. Are my payees also required to have an ICICI Bank account?

They do not require an ICICI Bank account. They can receive payments through any bank.

5. Is connected banking feature available in GOFRUGAL cloud solution?
