Creating a category

When you want to create a new category, to map the relevant items to it follow the steps below

How do I do it?

1. Select Menu > Category. Category screen is displayed. Select Add category

2. An Add category screen is displayed
  • In the Add category section, under Name field enter the category name


  • 3. Select Save, to create the new Category
    Note: The Status of the Item created is set, Active by default.

    Editing a category

    1. Select Menu > Category. Category screen is displayed. Select Edit

    2. An Edit category screen is displayed

  • The Edit category screen, contains fields Name and Status
  • In the Name field, enter the category name
  • The Status field, is Active by default. Click to change the status as Inactive

  • 3. Select Update, to save the edited category
