Identify your company's positioning | "Purpose and trust are the two significant factors that will position your company with new age consumers. For example, we consider Amul to be a well-being brand, as we specialize in food and particularly enjoy milk. We focus on communicating the goodness of this to all the consumers; it's not just across age groups and all income groups. We bring out this as part of our products and positioning with respect and trust." - Mr. Jayen Mehta, Managing Director, Amul. | Source |

Key security measures include: Procurement guidelines: Follow Public Procurement Orders and avoid brands with a history of security breaches. Hardware and network security: Regular testing using government-approved labs, maintaining network isolation, and implementing secure tunnels or VPNs. Physical and remote access controls: Restrict access to control rooms, use strong passwords, and secure remote connections. Encryption and firmware updates: Ensure all data is encrypted and regularly update firmware to address vulnerabilities. Successful initiatives: Flipkart and Shoppers Stop showcase effective programs for women's advancement. Staff training and security assessments: Conduct regular training sessions and security assessments to stay vigilant against potential threats. All Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) are instructed to enforce these measures to mitigate CCTV network vulnerabilities.
