Over and above the stipulated number of hours of training allotted for each edition, customers can pay and buy additional training hours and services (@ Rs. 1000+ Tax / Every hour). Customers can purchase additional training/service hours from our GOFRUGAL store here
If the training duration is for a maximum of 1hour or 2hour only, GOFRUGAL Implementation specialists will facilitate the training via online medium only. 3hours and above will be provided with the option for direct/store visit of GOFRUGAL Implementation specialist, wherein travel, boarding and lodging charges apply according to the duration and distance of travel required by GOFRUGAL Implementation specialist. Ex-station charges - travel for more than 1hour from the base location of the Implementation specialist is chargeable @Rs.1000+ TAX and Out-Station charges - travel and stay overnight is chargeable @Rs.3000+Tax. Please note the mentioned charges are minimum, rates may vary based on duration and distance of travel, which will be decided and declared to the customer by the Sales manager
Customer is requested to appoint a Single point of contact (SPOC) from their business whose presence will be mandatory for all training sessions. Customer and SPOC will be solicited for feedback and confirmation of learning after every training session. You can rate the training experience and confirm it in your myGoFrugal app to progress further. If unsatisfied and training did not meet the GOFRUGAL standards you expected, communicate the same in myGoFrugal. Your Sales manager will intervene and take corrective action
Customers are requested to complete all their stipulated training sessions within 7 days from the date of installation of the product in their store or the 1st training session, whichever is earlier. Otherwise the training hours will be auto-redeemed/expired and further you can only pay and buy additional training hours. Auto redemption/expiry does not apply for additional training hours purchased by customer
GOFRUGAL maintains high standards to ensure smooth and on-time implementation and training for all customers. GOFRUGAL Implementation specialists thus have to prepare well ahead for each customer and also make their schedules and travel plans accordingly, however in urgent and critical situations when customers need to reschedule their confirmed training session, it is asked of the customer to do it 48hours in advance of the allocated training session/appointment, so that we can rework on the training schedules without affecting any customers. Any requests for rescheduling within 48hrs of training session/appointment will strictly not be entertained
